Our capital is invested in mainly stand-alone retail, leisure and industrial property across London and the south east. We are always open to any exceptional opportunities you may wish to discuss.
We are a family-run business, therefore we are not bogged down by a chain of decision makers, nor are we answerable to fund managers, investors, or banks. When we see an opportunity, we move immediately and we keep our word.
We have the funds on deposit for any purchase and, where an offer is accepted, we are more than happy to go from acceptance of offer to completion of the purchase within seven days, or less where necessary.
