Originally founded in 1873, the Sapcote Group’s reputation has been built on preserving and transforming old, unloved buildings, latterly into landmark, imaginative office space or industrial warehouse space to let across London and the south east. Where other developers saw decaying urban structures (best levelled at enormous expense, waste and disruption) we saw potential, beauty and value instead.
Today, although our focus is on astutely managing our commercial property portfolio, our ability to think creatively, act differently and more personally still makes us stand out.

Because we are an entirely family-run business, we are not bogged down by a chain of decision makers, nor are we answerable to fund managers, investors, or banks. When we see an opportunity, we move immediately and we keep our word.

We have the funds on deposit for any purchase. Once an offer is accepted, we have the means to complete any purchase within seven days, or less where necessary.

This fast, flexible approach has enabled us to build a substantial and varied commercial property portfolio, currently comprising industrial units, together with a growing number of stand-alone retail & restaurant properties, from Chiswick to Cheltenham, Southampton to Stratford-upon-Avon.
