We are generally opportunistic so if you have something exceptional, we will consider it but as a general guide:

Investments
• Tired old industrial estates, 50,000 sq ft plus, perhaps with significant voids.
• Office buildings in need of upgrading, with good car parking. Ideally of a type where we can replicate our Power Road Studios and Perfume Factory Business Centres.
• Office / mixed use buildings with upgrade potential close to tube / rail stations.

Trading stock
• Sites with a range of buildings for industrial / warehouse and ancillary office use.
• Vacant, substantially vacant or where occupier due to vacate in short term.
• Condition of buildings immaterial.
