Paul Hanel BSc MRICS, Director

We persuaded Paul to join us back in 1994. He’d already gained quite a reputation for his financial acumen working for local authorities and a development company in the Midlands and joined us with an eagle eye and an especially sharp pencil.

Best decision ever made: Starting a family.

Best thing about you: My attention to detail - being involved in the legal and financial side of the business that’s just as well!

Favourite Sapcote Development: Without doubt, Power Road Studios.

Favourite old building: Chatsworth House. I admire the way it’s been sympathetically opened up to the public to generate income whilst none of its character as a wonderful family home has been destroyed.

Last thing you recycled: Newspapers, about 10 minutes ago. (Note to Chairman: This wasn’t in company time.)
