James Millar BSc MRICS, Director

James joined us in 1999 following a highly successful career in Residential Development. Having been born in London, studied and always worked in London, James was seeking a ‘creative change’ in - you guessed it - London. We fitted the bill perfectly.

Best decision ever made:  To always keep an open mind.

Best thing about you:  My ‘get it done’ mentality.  Next question?

Favourite Sapcote Development:  Slough Business Park.  It’s a great example of Sapcotes ability to turn ‘dilapidated and unloved’ into ‘special and successful’.

Favourite old building:  Waddesdon Manor, Buckinghamshire.  I’m a great fan of The National Trust and how it preserves even the quirkiest bits of our heritage. This magnificent house, in the style of a French chateau, sums it all up for me.

Last thing you recycled:  Some wood.  I took it to a local animal shelter and they’ll use it to make sheds.  So there’s even some property development work there!
