Today, although our emphasis has switched from property development, to expanding our commercial property portfolio, our ability to think creatively and act differently still makes us stand out. Because we are a family-run business, we are not bogged down by a chain of decision makers, nor are we answerable to fund managers, investors, or banks. When we see an opportunity, we move immediately and we keep our word. We have the funds on deposit for any purchase where an offer is accepted and are more than happy to go from acceptance of offer to completion of the purchase within seven days or less where necessary.
This fast, flexible approach has enabled us to build a substantial and varied commercial property portfolio, currently comprising multi-let office and industrial units, together with a growing number of stand-alone retail & restaurant properties, from Chiswick to Cheltenham, Southampton to Stratford-upon-Avon.
