Sapcotes isn’t like other property developers. Our passion is for creating affordable, award-winning office and industrial space through restoration, regeneration and imagination. We’re property enthusiasts, making exciting new buildings out of old.  Fascinating buildings in great locations, steeped in history and with real character. And we work with our team of designers and architects to preserve and revitalize them into flexible, desirable, dynamic buildings for business. 50% of the businesses using our space are ‘creative’, attracted by unique environments and buildings with real soul.

We consider what we do as 'recycling' - just on a grand scale. And we do it for three very good reasons:

1. No one has to work in a faceless concrete block. There are so many good, characterful buildings out there, in excellent locations, to turn into stimulating spaces with real spirit.
2. It’s good for the planet and for your pocket. (The energy swallowed up
in constructing a new building is around the same as it will take to
run it for 15 years).
3. As trips to the bottle bank will tell you, recycling is very good for the soul.
